How to work this board — the tactical guide
The daily loop (about 5 minutes)
Work left to right, oldest badge first.
Ready for you is the whole game — every card there is a lead we handed over that nobody has touched.
Open the card, read the thread, reply or log what happened. Then sweep Needs follow-up, then skim In conversation for anything stuck.
What the columns mean
Green-path columns are the pipeline: Ready for you → You're working it → Quote sent → Visit booked → Job won.
In conversation means our side is still talking to them — leave those alone unless they stall.
Grey columns are closed: Couldn't reach, Stopped replying, Not a fit, Lost, Opted out. Don't re-text grey cards; a lead in Opted out is blocked everywhere, on purpose.
Replying from a card
The reply box sends a text when a phone is on file, and uses Messenger only within 24 hours of the lead's last message.
If it refuses, it tells you why: opted out (never override), no rail (no phone and the Messenger window closed — you cannot reach them until they write back), or iMessage line (that lead is being worked from our iMessage number — texting from here would show up as a second stranger; add a note instead and the right line replies).
The age badge
Every open card shows how long it has sat in its current step, and the clock resets when it moves.
"Ready for you · 3+ days" is the first fire to put out each morning — those leads were promised contact and are still waiting.
Log outcomes, always
The board only believes what gets logged. After any call, text, or visit, tap Update on the card so it moves columns.
An unlogged call looks identical to an ignored lead, and the weekly numbers up top are built from these outcomes.
