The clock is hours since the client last did anything — a reported outcome, a DripJobs move, a booking. Green under 24h, amber to 48h, red past 48h, pulsing past 96h.
One draft per client per day when leads go stale. Copy it into that client's own thread yourself — nothing here sends.
